Fresh Nutrition business card

A card for a one-person practice. Hand-drawn lemons, a brush wordmark, and contact details that have to be readable when someone digs the card out of a bag three weeks later.

The full-bleed reverse is the clearest explanation of why bleed exists. A hair of drift without it leaves white slivers down the trim edge.

What we did

  • Built the file with bleed, safe area and crop marks on labelled layers before any artwork went in
  • Ran the lemon pattern full-bleed across the reverse, the case where bleed actually earns its keep
  • Drew the illustration with a speckled texture that holds its character on uncoated stock
  • Controlled the yellow at full strength in CMYK so it prints clean rather than muddy against black type
  • Kept the contact block small but legible, stacked on a single left alignment

A print shop’s walk-ins are nutritionists, realtors, electricians and dog groomers, solo operators who need 500 cards. This is that card, built properly.
