White-label design for print shops

Screen-print separations and apparel design for print shops

A customer hands over a full-colour logo and wants it on 200 black shirts by next week. Somebody has to turn that into separations your press can print. That’s us: apparel artwork and separations built for your inks, mesh and garments.

What we deliver

  • Spot-colour separations, one channel per ink, named to match your ink list
  • White underbases for dark garments, choked so they don’t show around the edges
  • Halftones at the frequency and angle that suit your mesh counts
  • Simulated-process separations when the artwork is genuinely full colour
  • Registration marks and ink names on every film, output as print-ready film positives
  • Garment mock-ups for your customer to approve

What helps us get it right first time

Tell us the garment colours, the number of inks you’re quoting, your usual mesh counts and the print size. Your designer keeps those settings for your shop, so the next order needs nothing but the artwork.

Apparel design, not just separations

Plenty of apparel customers don’t have artwork at all: a team, a family reunion, a small business that wants staff shirts. We design it, keep the ink count sensible for the quote you gave, and separate it in the same job.

Questions

Can you reduce artwork to fewer colours?
Yes. If the customer’s design has twelve colours and the quote allows four, we redraw it to work in four, and show it before separating.
Do you separate customer-supplied artwork?
Yes. Send whatever the customer supplied; if it’s low resolution we rebuild it before separating, so the films come out clean.
What file formats do you deliver?
Separated files in the format your RIP and workflow expect, typically layered PDF, PSD or AI, plus the source artwork.
