Who we are

Silentt Design (“we”, “us”) provides white-label design services to print shops. For anything in this policy, email hello@silenttdesign.com.

What we collect

• When you book a call. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form. Cal.com’s own privacy policy also applies.
• When you chat with us on this site, we ask for your email (and, if you like, your name) before the chat starts, and keep the conversation, the page you were on and your browser type. Your email becomes a contact record, so a later chat or sign-up from the same address is joined to it. A random code stored in your browser lets you carry on the same chat on that device. If you leave before we reply, we email the reply to you.
• When you ask for the print-ready checklist, we keep your email so we can send it and, occasionally, follow up. Ask us and we’ll stop.
• When you contact us by email, we keep the messages and your contact details so we can reply and keep a record of the work.
• When you send us work. Artwork, files and job details you send us (which may include your customers’ business names and contact details as they appear on the artwork) are used only to do that job.
• When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address. The homepage stores your preferred page width in your browser’s local storage; it never leaves your device. The chat stores its conversation code in local storage too.

We don’t use advertising cookies, we don’t run tracking pixels, and we don’t sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How we use it

To reply to you, to provide and invoice the service, to deliver files, and to keep the site secure. Where privacy law asks for a legal basis, ours is performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, or your consent where we ask for it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate: Hostinger (website, chat and email hosting), Cal.com (call booking), Google (web fonts), and whichever file-sharing service you choose to send or receive files with. We never contact your customers and never share your files with another shop.

How long we keep it

Project files are kept while you’re a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so you can ask for old files. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will, unless we’re required to keep something (such as invoices) by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@silenttdesign.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the UK or EU you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change what we collect (for example, by adding online payments), we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
