White-label design for print shops

The design department behind your print shop.

Your customers want design. You want to print. Send us the job. Print-ready files come back in 24 hours, under your name, for one flat monthly fee of $599.

Currently the design department for 10 print shops. No contract, no setup fee, pause or cancel anytime.

The problem

You're turning away money every week.

A customer walks in with a logo they built in Word and asks if you can "clean it up." Someone needs 500 business cards and has no file at all. A restaurant wants its menu redone before Friday.

Right now you do one of three things: say no, send them down the road, or open Illustrator yourself at nine at night.

Charge your customer $95 for design. Send it to us. 7 of those a month covers your entire subscription. Everything after that is margin on work you used to turn away.

You already have the customers. You're just missing the department.
An address on your domain

We'll work from an email address on your domain if you want one.

Ownership transfers on delivery

Full ownership transfers to you on delivery, source files included.

Your trade area stays yours

We never contact your customers, and we never work for a shop inside your trade area without telling you first.

White label

Your customers never know we exist.

Every file ships under your name. No watermark, no credit line, no mention of us anywhere on the artwork or the invoice.

The maths

What $599 replaces.

Freelancer per job$75–150 / jobDifferent person each time, no memory of your shop, chasing availability

Why not the alternatives

Not a queue. A person.

There are cheaper subscriptions. They're ticket systems. You submit a request, a stranger picks it up, and nobody remembers your shop from one job to the next.

You get one designer. They learn your house stock, your standard sizes, your repeat customers and the way you like files packaged. By month two they're finishing your sentences. That's the difference between outsourcing and having a department.

Questions from print shops

What if I only send two jobs this month?
You still get the marketing we produce for your shop, and the price doesn't change. Most shops send more than they expect once saying yes to design stops costing them time. If you're genuinely quiet, pause the month.
Is "24 hours" real?
It's our average on standard jobs: cards, flyers, menus, signage. File cleanup and prepress fixes usually come back same day. A full brand identity or a complex packaging dieline takes longer, and we'll tell you exactly how long when you send it.
What if I don't like it?
Revisions are unlimited and don't count against your queue. Tell us what's wrong in a sentence and we'll go again. Nothing leaves us in a state you'd be embarrassed to hand a customer.
Who owns the artwork?
You do, the moment it's delivered. Full commercial rights, source files included. We keep no claim over anything we make for you.
Will you talk to my customers?
Only if you want us to, and only under your name. By default you're the single point of contact and we're invisible.
What if I need two things at the same time?
Send both. We'll do them in order and tell you the timing. If your shop regularly runs two or three at once, we'll set up a plan with more active slots.
What files do I get?
Print-ready PDF, plus native AI, INDD or PSD, plus packaged fonts and links. Named and organised so anyone in your shop can find them next year.
Where are you based?
The studio is in Pakistan and we work with shops across the US. It's why your files are ready before you open. We're finishing while you're closed.
Can I pause?
Any time, for any reason. Slow season, holidays, a month you're travelling. Your designer and your files are waiting when you come back.
Why is this so much less than hiring someone?
Because you're not paying for forty hours, payroll, software licences and downtime. You're paying for the work you actually send. And because we're not in the US, which is also why the files land overnight.

Stop saying no to design work.

Fifteen minutes. Bring the last three jobs you turned away and we’ll work out what they were worth.

Send us the file. We’ll make it printable.

Ask a question or send the file in the chat. A fixed price comes back within hours, and nothing starts until you say yes.

A bigger packaging project? A 15-minute call is the quickest way to scope it.
